Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a 100% charge. For spa treatments, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. For salon services, frequent cancellations or no shows will require a credit card for all reservations.

Late Arrivals

For spa treatments, arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full charges applied. For salon services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you’re more than 10 minutes late as there may be appointments scheduled after yours.

Age Requirements

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by or have written consent of a parent or guardian for spa treatments. Children under eight years old that are not receiving service will not be allowed in the spa for their safety and the safety of others.

Etiquette

To provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and lowering your voice.

Amenities

Relaxing room and showers are reserved for clients receiving spa treatments.

Gratuities

If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to give 18% to 20% gratuity to your service provider. We apologize that gratuities may not be placed on credit cards. For your convenience, there will be an ATM on site.

Right to Refuse Service

​ Spa and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices and services vary at each location and are subject to change without notice. Packages, series, and promotions are valid only at the location offered. Monetary value of gift cards may be used at all spa locations.
